શબ્દો સાથે મારીજ મારામારી થઇ જાય છે,
તને કવિતામાં કેમ રચું એની મારા મન સાથે મારીજ આનાકાની થઇ જાય છે.
વિચારોમાં થોડી હલચલ મચી જાય છે,
દિલમાં મારા તારાજ નામની રટ લાગતી જાય છે.
ગીતોમાં જાણે તારીને મારીજ ઝલક સંભળાય જાય છે,
પ્રેમવાર્તાઓમાં આપણીજ વાતો છપાઈ જાય છે.
કેમ, ક્યારે, કેવીરીતે મળ્યાંની ચર્ચા લખાઇ જાય છે,
તારા માટે મારા જ મન સાથે મારી વાર્તાલાપ થઇ જાય છે.
પ્રેમ સાચે જ મીઠો છે એવું સમજાય છે,
ભલે મળે કે ના મળે, પ્રેમ કોઇને પણ હલાવી જાય છે.
દિલમાં વસાવી લઇએ તો જિંદગી આમ પસાર થઇ જાય છે,
જીવનભરનો સાથ તારો જીવનસાથીનું નામ આપી જાય છે.
