અઘરું કેમ?

કોઈના માટે સરળ
પણ મારા માટે અઘરું,
નવી જગ્યા અપનાવવી
એને ગમાડવી આટલી અઘરી કેમ?
મિત્રો તો ઘણા બની જાય
પણ જૂના વારંવાર યાદ આવે તો મનને મનાવવું કેમ??
મજાની મહેફિલો રોજ જામે
અને આમ એકલું લાગે તો જાહેરમાં રડવું કેમ?
આમ તો મજબૂત છું
છતા વારંવાર દિલ ઢીલું થઈ જાય તો એને વાળવું કેમ?
ભૂલવું છે તને એવું નથી કહેતી
પણ તારી યાદ દુખી કરી જાય તો રોજ હસવું કેમ?
