કાલ ક્યાં જોઈ છે?

અરે થંભી જા કંઈક તને કહેવું છે
ફાવે જો તને તો મુલાકાત પણ લેવી છે.

એકબીજાના ધબકાર સંભળાય એવી રીતે વળગવું છે
બસ દરરોજ તારી સાથે એક મુલાકાત લેવી છે.

આંખો ઝુકાવીને આમ કેમ ઊભા છો
નજરથી નજર મેળવીને દિલની વાત કહેવી છે

નારાજ તો હું પણ છું
જીવનમાં શું એકબીજાને માત્ર ફરિયાદ જ કરવી છે?

સમજીએ આમ જો હૃદયથી તો
ચૂપ રહીને ઘણી વાતો કરવી છે.

રસ્તાઓ ભલેને બદલાયા પણ
આખી જિંદગી આમ જ રાહ જોવી છે.

દિલ ખોલીને વાત કરી લે દોસ્ત
કાલ તો તે પણ ક્યાં જોઈ છે?
