પપ્પા ની પરી

આવે હજાર ખુશીઓ ઘરમાં એ લઈને,
ભરપૂર પ્રેમથી એ નવડાવે સૌને,
રમતી કૂદતી બસ આજ એ મોટી થઈને,
લાડકી ઘણી લાગે ઘરમાં એ સૌને,
અચાનક કેમ ઊભી રહે છે આમ એ મોટી થઈને,
વખત આવી ગયો જવાનો મારો કહીને,
જતી રહે છે આમ જ આપણને એકલા એ મૂકીને,
યાદોથી આપણી દિવાલોને ચિત્રીને,
જશે આ ઘરને સાવ ખાલી કરીને,
આપી દઈએ પૂરેપૂરો સમય દીકરીને,
ઊભા હશું આપણે માત્ર હાથ ખોલીને,
કહેતા રહેશું એકવાર નહીં વારંવાર આપણે એને,
વળગીને રડી લેવાદે મને મન મૂકીને,

પપ્પા ની પરી બસ ફરીને જોઈલે તું એકવાર તારા પપ્પાને!
